CTS provides clinically intensive, community focused and individualized services to children, youth, and their families in South Jersey. We are dedicated to providing services to children and youth who have been traumatized by abuse and neglect, and to families who need new tools and resources to parent. We are a strengths based, mission driven organization with deep roots and an unwavering committment to the communities we serve. Pave the TRAIL: Helping Youth Drive to Independence
The Pave the TRAIL Fund provides quality driver's education and easier access to practice vehicles for the TRAIL youth. Because of their status as foster youth, TRAIL youth have no one to legally provide practicing time for them so they can be ready for their license. Pave the TRAIL is intended to provide a dedicated practice car and certified driving instructor to each youth every Saturday. The CTS TRAIL (Transitional Assisted Independent Living) program is dedicated to teaching necessary life skills such as financial literacy and job readiness, and Pave the TRAIL will be an important extension of this program, giving these young men and women the freedom to go as far as they want in life.
