Behavioral Assistants – Fee for Service Positions
Community Treatment Solutions has openings in Burlington and Cumberland Counties to provide in home and in community mentoring and behavioral interventions for troubled youth under the direction of a clinician.
Minimum Qualifications: AA or BA in Social Work, Psychology or related field; AA or BA in unrelated field plus 6 mos. experience with children in a group setting; or HS diploma with 1 year experience working with children in group setting REQUIRED. $17/ hr. Fax resume to (856) 642-9303. E.O.E.
House Parent – Specialty Beds
CTS Specialty Bed Program is for adolescents with varying degrees of behavioral issues that traditionally required more intensive settings. This program offers greater opportunities along with the same level of treatment intensity in a community based setting. This is a 24/7 staffed community-based residential setting with live-in house parent(s).
House parent will be an enthusiastic and energetic individual willing to mentor, teach and help residents who are placed in a homelike setting. This is a full time employee position with salary plus benefits. Employee will reside in an agency-owned home in Southern New Jersey, which will allow living space (if needed) for a companion that may work outside of the home. (Couples without own children preferred.)
Requirements High school diploma with 3+ years of experience required. Mental health/childcare experience a plus.
